Played both linebacker and defensive end at Detroit Denby High School … Picked up multiple scholarship offers as a highly-recruited athlete … Has also been a contributor in basketball along with track and field on the prep level … Received Detroit Free Press All-Detroit recognition multiple years … Earned Associated Press Division 5-6 All-State honors as a prepster … Brings energy off the edge … Helped lead team to a 9-3 overall record as a senior in 2018 along with a state playoff appearance … Coached by Tony Blankenship … One of the top prospects on the east side of the state … Had nearly 50 tackles along with 10 sacks and four forced fumbles as a junior in 2017 … Also served as one of team's kickers.
