Hockey Ticket Information

Big Rapids, Mich. - Student season tickets for all 2018-19 Bulldog men's ice hockey home contests are currently on sale.

FSU students are encouraged to purchase their season tickets in advance as soon as possible as the Bulldogs have officially sold out of all available student season tickets each of the last six years with more than 600 sold for the expanded "Dawg Pound".

All student season tickets remain $99 this season while supplies last and include several incentives, including a "Skate With The Dawgs Night", official Dawg Pound apparel, a Dawg Pound Rewards program, discounted additional family tickets and priority ticket buying for select games. In addition to getting 20 home games this year for less than $5 per game when buying a season ticket, it also includes a free ticket to games one and two of the postseason playoffs should the Bulldogs host first-round action.

This coming year will enable students to watch the Bulldogs in action for 18 regular-season home games at the Ewigleben Ice Arena plus two exhibition tilts, including marquee non-conference matchups against Michigan State and Western Michigan among others plus WCHA league showdowns versus teams such as Minnesota State, Michigan Tech and Bowling Green.

Student season tickets can be purchased thru the FSU Athletics Ticket Office or by returning the official student season ticket order form available online (click here).

The FSU Athletics Ticket Office is located inside the Ewigleben Sports Complex with varied hours during the summer months. The ticket office can be reached at (231) 591-2888 for more information. Season tickets for all currently enrolled FSU students with a valid student ID card will be available while supplies last.

The "Dawg Pound" student section has been sold out for more than 100 consecutive regular-season home contests over the last seven years. Overall, FSU has posted more than 25 total sellouts at the Ewigleben Ice Arena since the second half of a historic 2011-12 campaign in which the Bulldogs reached the national championship game at the NCAA Frozen Four.

The home of Ferris State Hockey, Big Rapids, was voted as the nation's fifth-best college hockey city a year ago and also received acclaim this past year as the nation's 10th "Best City For Hockey Fans".

The Bulldogs, who have reached the NCAA Final Eight three times since 2012, will embark on their 44th campaign this coming fall and again face perhaps one of the country's toughest schedules as they seek their fourth trip to the NCAA Tournament in the last eight years.

The 2018-19 schedule is again highlighted by matchups against five of the other six in-state Division I opponent from Michigan, including non-conference home-and-home showdowns against Michigan State and Western Michigan.

Overall, the Bulldogs' 20 home games this coming year will be the school's most in a regular-season in a decade and FSU will play 10 of its first 12 games overall in Big Rapids, including the exhibition slate.

Since 2012, the Bulldogs have made three NCAA Tournament appearances and advanced to the NCAA Final Eight all three times. FSU has also won two conference regular-season championships along with capturing the WCHA's Broadmoor Trophy once as the league's Final Five Champion. Along with a Frozen Four berth and national title game showing in 2012, FSU also has reached the regional final and the final eight of the NCAA Tournament in both 2014 and 2016.

The Bulldogs open the year on Saturday, Oct. 6, against the U.S. Under 18 National Development team starting at 5:07 p.m. (ET) inside the Ewigleben Ice Arena.
