Bio

2020-21 (Junior): Established career-highs in every category with six goals, eight assists and 14 points in 25 games played for the Bulldogs…scored first collegiate goal on Dec. 12 vs. Bowling Green at 13:38 of the second period on the power play…had two multi-game point streaks including a four-point three-game streak from Jan. 30-Feb. 5…Had two three-point games, one on Dec. 30 and on Jan. 16…had three multi-point games…team-leader in plus-minus.

2019-20: (Sophomore): Dressed in nine games for Ferris State…registered 13 shots on goal and took just one penalty in his final eight games of the season…Ferris State won the first game he played (Dec. 14).

2018-19: Dressed in 12 games for Ferris State in 2018-19 as a freshman…finished with a pair of assists for two points with 15 shots on goal…both assists came in conference play…picked up his first collegiate point, an assist, on Jake Transit’s goal at 3:11 of the second period against Lake Superior State on February 2 at Ewigleben Ice Arena…had assists in back-to-back games in the midst of a 3-3 tie against Bemidji State the following Friday from his first point.

High School/Junior: Played for Tyler Rennette of the Springfield Jr. Blues of the North American Hockey League (NAHL), where he had 17 goals and 30 assists for 47 points in 2017-18. Spent parts of 2015-17 with the Aberdeen Wings and Kenai River Brown Bears in the NAHL as well. Was the Jr. Blues Most Valuable Player last season. Played in the Milwaukee Jr. Admirals junior program prior to the NAHL.

Personal: Son of Brad and Kate Stewart…born February 10, 1997…plays forward, shoots right…native of Rockford, Illinois, has two brothers, Hayden and Harrison…was a member of the National Honors Society in 2014-15 at Rockford Guilford High School…can play tenor saxophone.
