Bulldogs Drop Road Decision In St. Louis

Big Rapids, Mich. - The Ferris State University men's tennis squad had its two-match win streak halted as the Bulldogs suffered a 7-2 setback to Washington (Mo.) in non-league play on Tuesday (March 6) in St. Louis, Mo.

The Bulldogs fell to 4-2 overall with the loss, which came on its spring break trip to Missouri.

Ferris State led the match 2-1 after the doubles round, but Washington came back to win five of the six singles flights to pick up the home win.

Washington entered the match ranked 10th nationally in the NCAA Division III poll.

FSU will be back in action on Wednesday, March 7, as the Bulldogs visit Missouri-St. Louis for a regional match that begins at 2 p.m. (ET).
