Darkness Halts Bulldog Tennis In St. Louis
Big Rapids, Mich. - The Ferris State University men's and women's tennis teams continued action on their annual spring break trip on Wednesday (March 7) against Missouri-St. Louis on the road in St. Louis, Mo.
Both matches were interrupted due to darkness with the women's contest resulting in an unfinished score. FSU held a 4-2 advantage when the match was stopped.
Meawwhile, the men's team was able to pick up a 5-1 win despite the fact three singles matches were not finished due to darkness.
The Bulldog men improved to 5-2 overall this spring with the victory.
Both Ferris State teams wrap up their spring break trips by visiting DePauw (Ind.) over the next two days in Greencastle, Ind. The women will face the Tigers on Thursday (March 8) at 4:30 p.m. (ET) with the men taking on DePauw on Friday (March 9) at the same time.
