Bulldog Men's Tennis Tops Michigan Tech

Big Rapids, Mich. - The Ferris State University men's tennis team remained unbeaten in Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) action with a 7-2 win over Michigan Tech on Saturday (March 17) in Houghton, Mich.

The Bulldogs improved to 7-4 overall and 2-0 in league play with its second win in as many days on a trip to Michigan's Upper Peninsula.

FSU took control early in the match at the Gates Tennis Center as the Bulldogs won the top two doubles flights.

Ferris State then came back to win five of the six singles positions with the lone losses coming in number three doubles play along with the second singles spot.

The Bulldogs return to action on Tuesday (March 20) with a non-league match at NCAA Division I Western Michigan scheduled for 5:30 p.m. (ET) in Kalamazoo.  FSU then resumes league play on the road this week with matches at Tiffin on Friday (March 23) and Findlay on Saturday (March 24).
