Marengo Falls In Singles Semifinals As FSU Wraps Up Regional Event

Big Rapids, Mich. - The Ferris State University men's tennis team wrapped up action on Sunday (Sept. 30) at the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) Midwest Regional Championships in Indianpolis, Ind.

Senior Tyler Marengo was the lone Bulldog to compete in the final day of action on Sunday after advancing to the semifinals round in Flight A singles action.  He dropped a 6-1, 6-2 decision to Bellarmine's (Ky.) Anton Rabinov, who eventually earned runner-up honors in the singles field.

The singles competition was won by Drury's (Mo.) Andy Blair while the Drury tandem of Roman Gonda and Lukas Kriem were victorious in doubles action to advance to the ITA National Small College Championships.


The tournament wrapped up the fall season for the Bulldog men's tennis team.
