Men's Tennis Falls At NCAA-I Western Michigan In Return To Action
Big Rapids, Mich. - After a nearly month-long layoff, the Ferris State University men's tennis team returned to action on Thursday (March 21) night, but suffered a 7-0 setback to NCAA Divison I member Western Michigan in Kalamazoo.
The loss was only the second for the Bulldogs this season as they dropped to 6-2 on the year.
The doubles round counted as a single point in the team score per NCAA Division I regulations.
FSU returns to action by hosting Lake Superior State to open a two-match weekend league homestand on Saturday, March 23, beginning at 11 a.m. (ET) inside the FSU Racquet and Fitness Center in Big Rapids.
