Ferris State Rolls Past Purdue Northwest In Friday Evening League Tilt

Big Rapids, Mich. - The Ferris State University men's tennis squad got its weekend homestand off to a big start on Friday (April 12) night as the Bulldogs rolled over Purdue Northwest 7-0 in Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) action at the FSU Racquet and Fitness Center.

The Bulldogs took two of the three doubles flights with wins at the top two spots in the lineup and then claimed all six singles positions in rolling to the victory.

All six singles contests were determined in straight-sets as the Bulldogs held off the Pride in the league regular-season encounter.

Ferris State will host Davenport on Saturday (April 13) in its final regular-season outing starting at 10 a.m. (ET) in Big Rapids.
