Ferris State Softball Schedule Impacted By Weather & Field Conditions

Big Rapids, Mich. - The Ferris State University softball team's schedule has been further impacted by weather as the Bulldogs have announced several changes to the upcoming slate.

The Bulldogs' weekend games in Ohio have both been pushed back a day with one two-game set also relocated due to field and expected weather conditions.

FSU will open Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) play now on the road Sunday (March 30) against Lake Erie with a twinbill starting at 10 a.m. (ET). In addition, the location has also been changed and will now be played at Walsh University in North Canton, Ohio, rather than LEC's home field in Painesville.

Then, on Monday (March 31), the Bulldogs will face Walsh in a GLIAC doubleheader starting at 2 p.m. (ET).

The final schedule change involves FSU's league two-game set at Lake Superior State scheduled for Tuesday (April 1). That contest has now been cancelled and is tentatively scheduled to be replayed on April 21 at the FSU Softball Field in Big Rapids starting at 3 p.m. (ET).

Any further schedule updates will be posted at FerrisStateBulldogs.com as needed.
