Ferris State Women's Basketball To Hold Annual Tip-Off Dinner On Oct. 23

Big Rapids, Mich. - The Ferris State University women's basketball program will open a new season as the Bulldogs host their annual Tip-Off Dinner on Saturday, Oct. 23, on the FSU campus with a night of fun, fellowship and fundraising planned.

The event will benefit the Bulldog hoops program as proceeds from the fundraising evening will go towards women's basketball.

Festivities begin at 6 p.m. (ET) with cocktails followed by the dinner and program at 7 p.m. (ET).

FSU's Tip-Off Dinner will be held at Ferris State University's Granger Center Atrium. The cost is $50 per person and will include dinner and cocktails via a cash bar along with a silent auction.

Attendees will hear from FSU head coach Kurt Westendorp along with the Bulldogs' 2021-22 team captains and alumni speaker Katie Collignon (Loosvelt).

"The Tip-Off Dinner is a tremendous opportunity for our program to raise the funds we need to continue providing our student-athletes with a championship experience," said Westendorp. "It's an opportunity to celebrate Ferris State Women's Basketball, in particular our outstanding student-athletes along with being a great way to tipoff a new season."
