Bulldog Women's Tennis Earns Comeback Home Win
Big Rapids, Mich. - The Ferris State University women's tennis team fought back from an early deficit to post a 5-4 non-league win over Hope College in spring action on Saturday (March 2) at the FSU Racquet and Fitness Center.
The Bulldogs captured the indoor victory by coming back from a 2-1 deficit following the doubles round. FSU claimed the top four singles positions in earning the comeback win.
With the victory, the Bulldogs improved to 13-8 overall this season.
Laurence LeBlanc and Janie Sell were both double winners for the Bulldogs in singles and doubles competition.
Ferris State is next slated to visit Lewis (Ill.) for a non-league regional match on April 14 in Romeoville, Ill.
