Redshirted during the 2012 campaign ... Was an honorable mention all-state honoree and a two-time all-conference selection at Trenton High School . . . Also was twice chosen as her squad's Most Valuable Player Award recipient at the prep level and claimed All-Downriver recognition along with all-region laurels each of her final two years under head coach Vincent Muscat . . . A two-time all-league pick, she helped THS to a league title in 2011 and also competed on a national level for the Michigan Elite club team . . . The squad recorded a 32-11 mark her senior campaign . . . Enjoys hunting and fishing . . . Daughter of Jacqueline Presnell and Lawrence DePalma, who played in the National Hockey League (NHL) for the Minnesota North Stars, San Jose Sharks and Pittsburgh Penguins.
