Date Change Announced For 37th Annual Ferris State Football Golf Outing

Big Rapids, Mich. - A date change has been announced for Ferris State University's 37th annual Bulldog Football Golf Outing due to the ongoing COVID-19 virus.

The annual event, which is sponsored by the FSU Gridiron Club in conjunction with the Bulldog Athletic Association (BAA), has been pushed from its traditional early June date to Saturday, July 18, at Clear Lake Golf Club near Big Rapids.

The outing serves as one of the Ferris State Football program's primary fundraising events and is held each summer on a first-come, first-serve basis. The outing returns to Clear Lake for the seventh-straight year after a strong turnout each of the past six years, which has helped create momentum for the Bulldogs' six consecutive NCAA postseason playoff appearances.

Additional information along with registration details for the event are expected to be made available by early June.
