Redshirted during the 2015-16 season ... Member of FSU squad that captured the GLIAC Tournament Championship and reached the NCAA Division II Sweet Sixteen.

The 6-8 Walker played at Elk Rapids under head coach Luke Johnson. He averaged 17 points and 8.7 rebounds per game as a junior while shooting over 65% from the floor and better than 70% at the free throw stripe.

Walker was a Traverse City Record-Eagle All-Region honoree and all-state selection a year ago after originally transferring to Elk Rapids during his sophomore year. He also had a strong offseason playing AAU basketball with the Grand Rapids Storm.

Walker was also an All-Lake Michigan Conference recipient for the third consecutive year and named to the Basketball Coaches Association of Michigan (BCAM) All-State squad.
