The Bulldog women's team is off to a 5-3 start this year and battled nationally sixth-ranked Ashland to the finish in its most recent action this past Saturday at FSU's Jim Wink Arena. The Bulldog men's team will host Lambton (Ontario) on Dec. 21 at Wink Arena in the final action before the NCAA mandated holiday break.

After this weekend's league doubleheader, the Bulldogs resume GLIAC play at home on Thursday, Jan. 2, with a West Michigan showdown versus rival Grand Valley State in Big Rapids starting at 5:30 p.m. (ET) for the men and 7:30 p.m. (ET) for the women.
