High School/Juniors: Played 3 years of Varsity Hockey at Big Rapids High School (2008-2011) . . . There he earned First-Team All State honors for his play as well as all academic honors . . . For the (2011-12, 2012-13) seasons he was the starting Goaltender for the Syracuse Stampede of the IJHL/NSHL respectively . . . He was the team's CO-MVP and was goalie of the year for the NSHL during the 2012-13 season . . . Helped lead the Stampede to the NSHL Championship . . .
