Posted an 8-10 record and two saves with a 2.46 earned run average in 111.0 innings pitched . . . Registered a team-high 118 strikeouts and allowed a .210 batting average by the opposition as a starter in 18 of 20 appearances . . . Compiled 13 complete-game performances and chalked up four shutouts . . . Ranked 44th nationally in strikeouts per seven innings (7.4), 52nd in hits allowed per seven innings (5.49), tied for 62nd in saves (two), 84th in shutouts (four), 129th in strikeouts (118), and 130th in earned run average (2.46) . . .
