Freshman (2014-15 Season): Played in 24 games during the 2014-15 season….Had six rebounds on Nov. 21 vs. Kentucky Wesleyan….On Nov. 30 against Tiffin, McInerney grabbed seven rebounds….During the Jan. 24 game with Lake Superior State she scored a season-high 11 points….Finished with a season-high 10 rebounds during the Jan. 31 game against Saginaw Valley State…Totaled eight rebounds in a contest with Lake Superior State on Feb. 14.
Prior to FSU: The 6-1 McInerney led Saginaw Nouvel Catholic Central High School to the Michigan High School Athletic Association (MHSAA) Class C State Championship in 2014 at the Breslin Center in East Lansing. She had a standout contest in the state title game, finishing with 22 points, 23 rebounds and five blocked shots. As a senior, she averaged more than 14 points per game while topping the 1,000 career points mark and leading the Panthers to the Class C Final Four for a second-straight season. McInerney was a consensus All-State honoree.
