2015 (Sophomore): Played in 16 matches, helped Bulldogs to 2015 GLIAC regular season and tournament championships, as well as an NCAA Tournament Regional Final appearance. Had season-high nine kills at Wayne State on 11/13. had season-best six block assists at Saginaw Valley State on 11/14. Had 35 kills in 32 sets, as well as 14 total blocks.
2014 Season (Freshman): Saw time in 15 matches and 21 sets as part of the 2014 GLIAC Championship team…Finished the year with 22 kills, 13 blocks, six digs and two service aces…Notched a season-high of five blocks in a 3-0 win over Walsh on Sept. 19.
Before Ferris State: Led Haslett High School to back-to-back state quarterfinal appearances in 2012 and 2013.

Kronner played on the prep level for former Bulldog standout All-American Wendy McCann. Together, they helped Haslett to three-straight district championships along with a pair of regional titles. In addition, the squad won six out of seven tournaments during the fall 2013 campaign.

Kronner claimed all-state honors for the second year in a row as a prep senior while earning her third-straight all-region nomination. She was also tabbed to the all-conference squad for the third consecutive campaign and chosen as her team's Most Valuable Player Award recipient after previously earning team Most Improved Player Award laurels in 2011.

In addition to her standout prep career, Kronner also played on the club level for a pair of squads, including OEV in 2013 and LAVA in 2014 under head coach Kyle Anderson. She claimed Lansing State Journal Volleyball Athlete of the Year recognition as a senior.

Besides volleyball, Kronner also competed in basketball for Haslett in the Capital Area Activities Conference (CAAC) Red Division. The daughter of Tom and Peggy Thias-Kronner, Maria is a Health Care Systems Administration major at Ferris State.
