Got off to a hot start at the plate, slashed .379/.456/.466 (batting average/on base percentage/slugging percentage) in 18 games…had a team-best 22 hits and 13 RBI’s…drew six walks, stole five bases, hit a home run and had a pair of doubles…was a first team All-Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) selection in 2019…hit for a .356 batting average and .492 sluggling percentage…had nine doubles, three triples, and three home runs in 54 games…also had 25 RBI’s…hit for a .301 batting average as a freshman…had 11 RBI’s and a pair of doubles in 40 games played…played at the prep level for coach Doug Richardson at Brooklyn High School…was a three-sport athlete for Brooklyn (Bowling, Volleyball, Softball)…was an all-state first team honoree, a four-time all-region, district and conference selection, and three-time team most valuable player for Brooklyn….had school records in batting average (.611), slugging percentage (.984), on base percentage (.622), hits (95) and runs (69)…helped Brooklyn to three regional championships, conference championships and district championships as well as a state runner-up finish…was a first-team all-state bowler….native of Napoleon, Michigan.
