Big Rapids, Mich. - The Ferris State University women's basketball squad, which claimed its first-ever Midwest Regional Championship this year, will make its first NCAA Division II national semifinal appearance in school history as the Bulldogs take on Texas Woman's University on Wednesday, March 27, at the St. Joseph Civic Arena in St. Joseph, Mo. Tipoff is set for 7 p.m. (ET).

Local radio station Sunny 97.3 FM, in conjunction with the Bulldog Sports Network, will broadcast Wednesday evening's action live from Missouri. Rob Bentley and Sandy Gholston will provide the play-by-play coverage for the Elite Eight contest with pregame coverage starting one-half hour prior to game time at 6:30 p.m. (ET).

In addition to Sunny 97.3's live broadcast, the live audio feed will also be streamed online by the Bulldog Sports Network at FerrisStateBulldogs.com.

Along with the live FSU radio and audio broadcast, the game will also be televised by the CBS Sports Network, which is available on many local cable, satellite and streaming services across the country.

In addition, the NCAA will also provide live internet statistics. Fans can also follow live FSU twitter and facebook scoring updates. Links for all available coverage can be found at FerrisStateBulldogs.com (see above).

The Bulldogs are making their seventh NCAA Women's Basketball Tournament appearance in the program's history and third in the past four full seasons. FSU advanced to the tourney in 2019-20 before it was cancelled due to COVID and fell in a first-round tournament thriller at Ashland two years ago before claiming the program's first regional championship this year.

A special watch party will also be held for all Bulldog women's D2 Elite Eight games at Buffalo Wild Wings in Big Rapids this week.

The winner of Wednesday night's national semifinal game will advance to the 2024 NCAA D2 National Championship game set for Friday (March 29) night in St. Joseph.
