In doubles action, the seeded combination of Morgan Waller and Ana Sofia Hernandez Ferrer won their lone match to reach the round of 16 in the doubles A draw. Additionally, in the B draw, the tandem of Nolan and Maria Fernanda Hernandez Ferrer won its lone match as did the combination of Daavettila and Reynoso Cupido.

"I'm so happy with the start of the fall season," said FSU head coach Mark Doren. "Last week, at Davenport, we played outstanding tennis and it has carried over to the weekend. The level of regional players is the highest I've seen in the past six years and our team is showing we are a big part of the high level being played."

Action continues in the ITA Regional Championships on Sunday with the final contests slated for Monday.
