FSU Sports Luncheon This Friday In Downtown Big Rapids

Big Rapids, Mich. - Ferris State University Athletics, in partnership with the Downtown Business Association, will host the final FSU Sports Luncheon of the fall this Friday (Dec. 6) in downtown Big Rapids.

This week's luncheon will take place in the basement of Artworks at 106 North Michigan Avenue in Big Rapids and runs from 12-1 p.m. (ET). The cost is $10 per person for food that will be provided by Three Girls Bakery and 2 Cheezy Guyz.

The luncheon will take place this week as the Bulldogs gear up for a big weekend of postseason action on the FSU campus, hosting the NCAA Division II National Quarterfinal football game between the Bulldogs and Harding University along with playing host to the NCAA Division II Midwest Region Volleyball Tournament.

The sports luncheon was a longstanding tradition for many years in the Big Rapids Community and returned this fall. The FSU Sports Luncheons are being held in conjunction with the Downtown Business Association and rotate to various establishments in the community. Each location will be publicized in advance at FerrisStateBulldogs.com and by the DBA.

Lunch will be available for purchase at each sports luncheon and various individuals associated with Bulldog Athletics, including coaches and staff, will be slated to speak at each luncheon during the course of the hour.
