Ferris State Sports Luncheons Return This Week - First Luncheon On Thursday!

Big Rapids, Mich. - A popular tradition returns yet again to Ferris State University and Big Rapids this fall as the "FSU Sports Luncheons" will take place beginning this week.

The luncheons were a longstanding tradition for many years in the Big Rapids Community and returned last fall for the first time in more than 15 years.

The first luncheon of the fall will take place on Thursday, Sept. 18, from 12-1 p.m. (ET) inside the Ewigleben Sports Complex located at 210 Sports Drive on the FSU campus. Lunch, which will be catered by Two Cheesy Guys and Three Girls Bakery, will be $10 with all proceeds benefitting the Big Rapids Downtown Business Association.

Those attending the luncheon will hear from FSU coaches and staff regarding things going on in Bulldog Athletics, the current teams, matchups and more.

Along with this Thursday's luncheon, additional luncheons will take place this fall on Oct. 10, Nov. 14 and Dec. 12 at the sports complex.

The FSU Sports Luncheons are being held in conjunction with the Downtown Business Association.

Here is this fall's luncheon schedule:

September 18 - 12-1 pm
October 10 - 12-1 pm
November 14 - 12-1 pm
December 12 - 12-1 pm
