Ferris State's Ethan Erickson Earns D2CCA All-Midwest Region Honors For Bulldogs

Big Rapids, Mich. - Ferris State University men's basketball senior guard Ethan Erickson (Grand Rapids/Forest Hills Northern) has been named to the 2025 Division II Conference Commissioners Association (D2CCA) All-Midwest Region squad.

Erickson garnered all-region recognition for the first time in his collegiate career by being named to the second team on the regional squad as selected by the country's sports information directors.

Overall, a total of five players attained all-region first team recognition with five others named to the second team.

Previously, Erickson was chosen this year to the All-Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) First Team, becoming a three-time all-conference honoree in his collegiate career.

Erickson and the Bulldogs will open the NCAA Division II Midwest Regional Tournament on Saturday (March 15) evening versus Missouri-St. Louis starting at 8:30 p.m. (ET) in Springfield, Ill.

Overall, this year's berth in the NCAA Tournament marks FSU's ninth trip to the big dance in the last 11 years and the fourth-straight in Erickson's collegiate career.
