NCAA D2 Basketball Final Four
Fan Bus Details

Overview
The Center for Student Involvement is coordinating a student fan bus experience for the Men's & Women's Basketball Final Four Games. If both teams advance, the bus will travel between St. Joseph Missouri and Evansville, Indiana to catch all the action. The bus will depart for campus after the last game Ferris plays in, which could be after the Saturday, March 30th 3:00pm Championship Game.

Cost
If both teams advance to the Final Four, the cost per room is $700. Students may split the room up to 4 people. Students may bring one guest, over the age of 18. If one team does not advance, the price will be adjusted. All riders are responsible for their own meals. Ferris State Athletics is sponsoring the bus and admission tickets to the game.

Registration & Payment
Interested students may register at the Center for Student Involvement inside the David L Eisler Center beginning Tuesday, March 26th. Each rider must sign a wavier and registration form. Each room must have one credit card on file with CSI that will be responsible for all charges.

Check In
Check In with CSI Staff 30 minutes prior to departure, in Lot 5A (Music Center), all riders must be on the bus 15 minutes prior to departure. Bring your Ferris Student ID to Check In.

Departure from Ferris
Bus Leaves at 6:00am Wednesday, March 27th if Women Advance or 5:00am Thursday, March 28th if Men's team (only) advances. These times may vary, and final times will be communicated via email to all riders.

Bus Information
We anticipate busses having one restroom, wifi, and 110v electrical outlets. Wifi is very limited, therefore no streaming of videos. Download those before you leave to enjoy during the trip. Bring headphones for the comfort of those around you. Regular speakers are not allowed to be used on the bus. Reasonable food, drink and travel comfort items are allowed.

Travel Stops
CSI has worked with the bussing company to make a handful of scheduled stops on the way down. We anticipate bathrooms on the bus, but those should be reserved for emergency use.

Packing
Each fan can bring two pieces of luggage. This includes 1 luggage that will be stored under the bus and 1 personal item that can be taken on the bus. There are no weapons (including approved concealed weapons), drugs (including Marijuana or products containing THC) or alcohol allowed on the bus or in luggage. There is also no smoking, vaping, using e-cigarettes, or any tobacco products on the bus. The NCAA may have bag policies in place with reduced or restricted size of allowable bags.

Return to Campus
Bus will leave following the last game. Exact time will be discussed based on a win or loss before departure.
