"Month of the Bulldog Fan" Photo Recognition Rules
Ferris State Athletics would like to celebrate and thank its
fans.
We want to see your FSU pride!
- Submit a photo in Ferris gear and/or displaying your Ferris Athletics pride by emailing your photo to ferrisathletics@yahoo.com along with your name and email address.
- The top photos will be posted periodically on FSU’s official social media platforms and winners will be notified via email (see selection and notification of winner for more details)
- Submit up to one entry per week for the duration of the Month of the Bulldog Fan.
Eligibility
The contest is open to all Bulldog fans. There is no entry fee. The contest is void where prohibited by law, or where the registration or filing requirements of any state or local jurisdiction have not been complied with.
Deadline
Fan photos will be accepted starting at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, April 23. All submissions must be in by Sunday, May 19, 2013, at 11:59 p.m. Each week submissions will be chosen by the athletics department to receive a gift.
Submitting Your Entry
Email your photo to ferrisathletics@yahoo.com along with your name and email address. The contest is limited to one entry per week per person. We invite fans to share photos on their own social media platforms.
Selection and Notification of Winner
A panel of FSU athletic department members will choose their favorite fan photos to be recognized on a weekly basis. The winners will be notified via the email address they submitted with the photo.
Terms
All photos must be the original work of the entrants and must not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, rights of privacy, publicity, or other intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity. If the photo contains any material or elements that are not owned by the entrant and/or which are subject to the rights of third parties, the entrant is responsible for obtaining, prior to submission of the photo, any and all releases and consents necessary to permit the use of the photo by Ferris State Athletics. Ferris State Athletics reserves the right to remove fan photos from social media pages and contest consideration if the content of the photos does not promotes the FSU core values, including content that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, libelous, threatening, pornographic, harassing, hateful, racially or ethically offensive, or encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, violate any law, or is otherwise inappropriate.
Each entrant agrees and grants Ferris State Athletics permission to make available and display photo submission in all media in perpetuity without compensation.

Any information you provide in connection with the submission is to Ferris State Athletics and not to Facebook.
