FSU Student-Athletes Part Of Spring Graduation Ceremonies
Big Rapids, Mich. - A total of 38 current and former Ferris State University student-athletes officially received degrees as part of the 2013 spring commencement ceremonies held last weekend (May 10-11) at FSU's Jim Wink Arena.
All 38 student-athletes received degrees as either spring or summer graduates at FSU and were among the nearly 1,800 students who were candidates for degrees during the the spring commencement ceremonies.
Five ceremonies were held with two on Friday and three more on Saturday.
The list of 38 student-athletes includes 13 from the Bulldog football program along with five in men's ice hockey and four each in men's cross country/track and softball. The volleyball program was represented with three graduates while women's cross country/track, men's basketball and men's tennis each had two. Finally, a single graduate from men's and women's golf in addition to women's basketball went thru the spring graduation ceremonies.
