Men's Tennis Pulls Out Close Home Victory Over Aquinas

Big Rapids, Mich. - The Ferris State University men's tennis team won its second consecutive match as the Bulldogs beat Aquinas 5-4 in a close contest on Wednesday (Feb. 20) night at the FSU Racquet and Fitness Center in Big Rapids.

The Bulldogs improved to 3-1 overall this season with the win over the Saints, who dropped to 3-2 on the year after the non-league setback.

During the singles round, the Bulldogs managed to win both the first and second flights and also came away with a victory at the number five position to pull out the home win.

The triumph included a three-set win by top singles player Laurent Galarneau.
