Ferris State Men's Tennis Dominates Salem International In Home Victory
Big Rapids, Mich. - The Ferris State University men's tennis squad kept up its impressive play to start the spring as the Bulldogs dominated Salem International in a 9-0 home win on Friday (Feb. 19) inside the FSU Racquet and Fitness Center.
The Bulldogs started off a three-match weekend homestand by sweeping the doubles round in decisive fashion. The closest score was an 8-1 decision at the top flight with the other two matches decided by 8-0 margins.
In singles action, the Bulldogs also pulled off the sweep by winning all six flights.
Ferris State will host St. Joseph's (Ind.) on Saturday (Feb. 20) in an 11 a.m. (ET) regional tilt. On Sunday (Feb. 21), FSU then hosts Lewis (Ill.) in regional play at home starting at 10 a.m. (ET).
