Big Rapids, Mich. - The Ferris State University men's tennis squad returned to action on Saturday (April 10) and opened the weekend with a decisive 7-0 triumph over visiting Davenport at the FSU Racquet and Fitness Center in Big Rapids.

The Bulldogs stayed unbeaten at 9-0 on the year and 4-0 in the GLIAC with the win over the Panthers, who fell to 7-7 overall.

In singles action, the Bulldogs swept the top five flights, all in straight-sets. The bottom flight did not get played as FSU earned the point.

Ferris State will be back in action on Sunday (April 11), hosting Purdue Northwest at 6 p.m. (ET) in Big Rapids.

With Saturday's win, the Bulldogs are also now 5-0 at home this year.
