Saturday's Bulldog Open Track & Field Invite Cancelled

Big Rapids, Mich. - Ferris State University Athletics has announced this Saturday's (April 2) home outdoor track and field meet, the Bulldog Open, has been cancelled due to expected weather conditions.

FSU was slated to host its first home outdoor meet of the season at Top Taggart Field, but it will not be held.

With the cancellation, the Bulldogs' next action is set for April 9 when the Bulldogs take part in the Michigan State Spartan Invitational in East Lansing.

Although the Bulldog Open will not be held, Ferris State will host the 2016 Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) Outdoor Championships coming up May 4-6 in Big Rapids.
