High School: Earned All-Southern Ohio Conference Second-Team honors as a junior at Wheelersburg (Ohio) High . . . Coached by Gary Bailey . . . A 2009 graduate . . . Batted for a .385 average with 38 base hits, which included nine doubles and five home runs, in 96 at bats as a junior in 2008 and helped lead the Pirates to a state regional tournament final appearance . . . Registered 23 RBIs and scored 29 times while generating a .456 on-base percentage in junior season . . . Chosen as the 2008 team winner of the Best Infielder Award . . . Member of three consecutive (2006-08) Southern Ohio Conference Championship teams . . . Received the team's Coaches Award following her 2007 sophomore season . . .
