Big Rapids, Mich. - The Ferris State University football program
has unveiled a new format for its 2010 summer camp program, which
takes place with three different sessions this July.
The Bulldogs will host three camps this summer for high school age
participants. All camps will be directed by the Bulldog
coaching staff, including head coach Jeff
Pierce.
This summer's camps are being organized and ran by incoming
offensive coordinator and first-year assistant coach Chris
Boden.
FSU will open its football camp program by hosting an Elite
Junior/Senior Twilight Camp on Sunday, July 11. The evening
camp will run from 6-8:30 p.m. (ET) with registration at Top
Taggart Field and include a combine testing workout along with
position-specific drills.
Ferris plans to hold a Quarterback/Wide Receivers Camp on July
22-23 at the campus grass practice fields. The camp, which is
open to both overnight and commuter campers, will focus on
improving technique and skill while including position-specific
drills and competitions.
Finally, a 7-on-7 Passing Tourney & Big Man camp will be held
on July 24. The event is limited to the first 20 teams and
