Follow GLIAC Football Media Day Coverage Live From Grand Rapids!
Big Rapids, Mich. - The Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLIAC) will hold its annual Football Media Day on Thursday, Aug. 1, at the Sheraton Grand Rapids Airport Hotel in Grand Rapids and Bulldog fans can follow all the action with exclusive content online.
The GLIAC will provide live coverage of the event, which will include a reveal of the 2024 preseason coaches' poll and interviews with players and coaches via a live stream on FloSports and the GLIAC's YouTube channel.
In addition, Ferris State will offer exclusive access on the Bulldogs' various social media platforms, including Twitter (or X), Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok and Threads along with FerrisStateBulldogs.com both during and after the event.
The GLIAC's live web stream will begin at 12:50 p.m. (ET) with opening comments from GLIAC Commissioner Kris Dunbar. The Bulldogs' representatives, which will include two-time National Coach of the Year Tony Annese in addition to senior receiver Tyrese Hunt-Thompson (Casspolis) and linebacker Sefa Saipaia (Canton, Ohio), are slated to be interviewed live by host Adam Jaska at approximately 2 p.m. (ET).
FSU's social media coverage will include a behind the scenes look from media day, social media interviews with players and coaches, a season preview, feature segments, photos and more. The Voices of Ferris State Football, Rob Bentley and Sandy Gholston, will be on site along with members of the Bulldog Sports Network broadcast and coverage team.
Ferris State, which has reached the NCAA Division II Playoffs a nation-leading nine consecutive years to date, is the nation's preseason #4 team according to Lindy's Sports.
