Bulldog Women's Tennis Drops Non-League Match To Flagler In Florida
Big Rapids, Mich. - Host Flagler topped the Ferris State University women's tennis team by a 8-1 count in non-conference action on Wednesday (March 12) in St. Augustine, Fla.
The Saints swept the doubles round and captured five of the six singles flights in earning the win to move to 5-2 overall this campaign.
Flagler, a Peach Belt Conference member, took the bottom five singles spots with FSU's lone win coming from senior Ana Jan at the number one flight. All six of the individual matches were determined in straight-sets.
The Bulldogs will wrap up their annual spring break trip by facing Georgia College on Friday (March 14) in non-league play with match time set for 11 a.m. (ET).
Following Friday's tilt, the Bulldogs will return home for their final two outings of the year against Aquinas (March 18) and Lewis (April 13) at the FSU Racquet and Fitness Center.
