Sports Medicine: Medical Clearance

FSU STUDENT-ATHLETE MEDICAL CLEARANCE PROCESS

All student-athletes must be medically cleared prior to beginning workouts, practices or receiving any athletic equipment. The many forms required are to comply with both the NCAA and FSU regulations. The clearance process varies for new student-athletes versus returning student-athletes.
